Paul has serviced our Worcester Combi Boiler for a number of years, providing prompt and efficient service at a reasonable cost. We recently had occasion to call on his services in respect of a rather tricky plumbing job involving a toilet concealed cistern system. Reasonably Priced & Efficient

I needed a repair to an oil fired boiler and it is always hard to find good OFTEC registered heating engineers when you need one. Not used them before but decided to give Moorwarm a chance. I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and competent and he had my boiler fixed in a decent time frame. Bear in mind a good engineer is always busy engineer. The bill was pretty reasonable too. Very pleased with the overall service and they will be my first port of call when I next need my boiler fixed or serviced.

Would Recommend to Anyone

Our boiler was very sick, with sky high CO2 readings! Paul came out on a Saturday and stayed until he had made it safe for us to use. He not only came out last minute and work for a few hours to fix it, but then followed up with us to ensure the readings were good after we had our chimney swept. He also liaised with the chimney sweeper to ensure every part that needed to be swept was swept. I would highly recommend Paul and cannot recommend him enough.

Very Efficient & Affordable

When I found out that I needed a new oil tank rather urgently, Paul went ahead with it very quickly in the limited time available. He removed the old tank and built a new platform and put in a new tank in a very tight and difficult place, over a high Devon bank and behind two greenhouses, all without breaking any glass! He managed to overcome all the problems and did it within the time that he said it would take. He also serviced my oil boiler, replacing a couple of parts and got my heating up and running again. Will be using his company to service the boiler again next year. Thank you!

Goes The Extra Mile

Very Satisfied

We needed full central heating in our 4 bed house and Paul was recommended to us by a work colleague. He came to the house and gave us a very professional detailed description of the work involved. The quote came through a couple of days later and was very competitive. We decided to go ahead and arranged the start date, the work took a week to do and he kept us up to date of the progress every step of the way. Even though there were a few extra problems found along the way he rang us and informed us and was able to fix it and continue. When we returned home there was no mess left and the house was lovely and warm! We would highly recommend Paul to our friends and family. Excellent service, he went above and beyond to make sure we were back in our house and the work completed in the timescale he had given us. Definitely 5 stars!!

Very Professional

Paul was recommended to me by a member of my family. I had just moved and needed a very old back boiler removing and a new combi boiler fitted in a new location, with a couple radiators moved. He came very promptly and went through the options with me without getting all technical and listening to what I needed. The quote was massively less than British Gas who didn’t listen and quoted for what they wanted. The work was carried out quickly and very cleanly even though there was a lot of work to be done. It turned out I had some awful old pipe work that caused a lot of issues (since found out British Gas won’t touch this type of pipework). Paul remained very professional and so kind overcoming the problems it threw at him. Very pleasant, professional and high standard of work. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
